NEW from 11/28/2022if the weight of the goods + packaging is less than 1500 g = €3.10
with the weight of the goods + packaging from 1500 to less than 5000 g = 4.50 €
with the weight of the goods + packaging from 5000 g to 10000 g = €7
The following applies to end customers: From a pure goods value of €59, shipping within Germany is free. Calculations are made after deducting any discounts and before adding the shipping costs.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated for the article, the goods are delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days after the order confirmation. If prepayment has been agreed, the shipment will be made on the day after receipt of payment. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If articles have been ordered with different delivery times, we will try to send all ordered articles together (unless otherwise agreed with you). The delivery time is then based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Express delivery
We offer express delivery within Germany:
Cost: € 11.90 via DHL Express Easy
Express delivery is only possible up to a value of 15.00 €. Express shipping is only possible when paying by credit card or PayPal. The order must be received on working days (Mon-Fri) before 12 p.m., so that delivery by DHL Express can take place on the following working day (Mon-Fri) by 6 p.m.

Notes on the payment options
In principle, we check every order process for security reasons and in the interests of both parties. Please note that orders may only be possible against prepayment.
We accept payment by invoice under the following conditions:
The following applies to business customers: Payment by invoice is possible from the 2nd order. We check in accordance with legal regulations every commercial order for plausibility. The invoice amount is payable on account within 14 days to settle.
The following applies to private customers:
Payment by invoice can be made after checking by us and up to an order value of € 35.00 respectively.
Please note that if you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged immediately after the Purchase process takes place.
